Terms and Conditions — Rummy BD Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rummy BD, Pakistan's online gaming platform operated at rummybd.ws. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Rummy BD ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). The agreement comes into force the moment you complete registration and continues for as long as you maintain an active account.

Rummy BD offers a range of online games including — but not limited to — Teen Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Aviator, crash games, fishing games, poker, baccarat, and live casino titles. All games are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real-money wagering in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Rummy BD. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with those documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on Rummy BD, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Rummy BD does not permit minors to register under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of Rummy BD, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. You may not use your Rummy BD account to manage funds for another person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

Rummy BD reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Rummy BD. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different details, or under a different name — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details — including a date of birth that is not your own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Rummy BD is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Rummy BD will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@rummybd.ws and change your password.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.
• Rummy BD reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. You will be notified before closure and given the opportunity to withdraw your balance.
• Account closure requests can be submitted to our support team at any time. Pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules before the balance is released.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Rummy BD are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion and no exchange rate risk for players. The methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on Rummy BD are:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet
• JazzCash — mobile wallet
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — all major Pakistani banks
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment method limits set by the method provider apply. Deposits are credited to your Rummy BD balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 working hours depending on your bank's processing times. There are no withdrawal fees charged by Rummy BD on standard accounts.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawing to a third party's account is not permitted and will trigger a fraud review.
• Rummy BD reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,00,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 below.
• Rummy BD does not accept deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. Any such funds identified will be reported to the relevant authorities and accounts will be permanently closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Rummy BD offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer — that many times before the bonus funds become withdrawable as cash. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim a specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may trigger a full account review.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Teen Patti, and Rummy may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution table is published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed without compensation.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering: If you withdraw your real-money deposit before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be voided.

6. Gameplay Rules

By playing any game on Rummy BD, you acknowledge that the outcome of games is determined either by a certified Random Number Generator (for RNG-based games) or by real-time card and dealer outcomes (for live casino games). Rummy BD does not control or influence game outcomes in any way once a round has commenced.

The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules, bet limits, and payout structures of any game before placing a wager. Rummy BD does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed in error — for example, using an incorrect stake amount — cannot be reversed once the round has commenced. Ensure your bet amount is correct before confirming.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round will be handled according to the specific game provider's malfunction policy. In the event of a dispute, Rummy BD will contact the game provider for a round replay log and resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Rummy BD reserves the right to void bets if a game malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome of a round.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or bet types. These are stated within the individual game rules. Rummy BD is not obligated to pay any single win amount exceeding the published cap for that game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Rummy BD. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Registering more than one account, whether using real or false personal information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games — including but not limited to poker, Teen Patti, and Rummy — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the platform's software. If you discover a bug that affects gameplay or balances, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than using it for personal gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or any other illegal source.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your location in order to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other players or Rummy BD staff members in any chat or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Rummy BD platform, including its games, user interface, or software architecture.

8. Responsible Gaming

Rummy BD is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that playing games should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or harm. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Limits: Configure maximum session lengths to avoid extended unplanned play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Set periodic reminders that display your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During an active self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

9. Privacy & Data

Rummy BD collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Rummy BD, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In summary, we collect the information you provide during registration and account verification, transaction data, and technical data relating to your device and browsing behaviour on our platform. We use this data to provide and improve our services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications.

Rummy BD uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmissions and maintains appropriate security standards for the storage of personal and financial data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rummy BD platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, game interfaces, brand assets, logos, text, and software — is the property of Rummy BD or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on Rummy BD without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rummy BD's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rummy BD is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from sharing your credentials with third parties.
• Internet connectivity issues or technical failures beyond our reasonable control that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any damage caused by reliance on information on the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms before participating.

Nothing in these Terms limits Rummy BD's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

12. Termination

Rummy BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious Terms breach, Rummy BD may freeze your account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@rummybd.ws. All pending bets will be settled before the balance is released. Voluntary closures are typically processed within 2 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Rummy BD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Rummy BD after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
